In Sarah’s heels floorwork classes, you will explore dynamic movement, technical drills and empowering choreography that complement and enhance your training, performance as an enthusiast, a dancer or a Pole Dancer. Whether you are beginner or advanced level, this class is open for everyone willing to explore their movement freedom and sensuality.
